An any moment in time: how many profiles are configured to be used in a scan?

1. Type of profile and count of profiles.
2. CU has 5 secured clusters but one central - the number of this metric should be 1.
3. In practice, this would be 0/1 value for now, because a profile can be used once.

Acceptance Criteria:

There is a metric in amplitude that shows a list of compliance profiles and a 0-1 value indicating whether a given profile is used in a given central cluster.

This must work for all clusters with enabled telemetry.
