Requirements:

1. A UI configuration object for the user to specify their own LLM, both an endpoint, a model name, and any authentication needed.
2. A UI way for a user to specify a deployment to get AI recommendations for, based on Risk

Technical Scope:

High-level list of items that are in scope; usually completed by a staff engineer or a lead from the Feature Delivery Team. Initial completion during Refinement status.
