Our customer would like to have the:

1. Ability Control the time when the Vulnerability report will be sent.
   1. set the time the Vulnerability report to be sent exactly. (We can set when the report starts running, but we cannot guarantee what time the report finishes running and is emailed out–could be 1 minute later, 10 minutes later, or some other time later)
