      Overview:

      Test that our 3rd party email dependency doesn't make the same unannounced breaking change they did when they removed the Content-Length header by default in a patch release.

      Acceptance Criteria:

      Add an assertion to an existing email test that already checked other headers, that the Content-Length header is present. (The actual length of content will have to be entrusted to our dependency.)
