      Overview:

      During investigating stability of the scanner-v4-install test suite it turned out to be beneficial to tear down ACS pods once during deployment and let them be spawned newly.

      It is not clear why this is necessary and it should be investigated.
      If this is the case for us it could as well be the case for our customers.
