      USER PROBLEM
At the moment of writing, every deployment on dogfooding (ACS 4.7.1) shows the same number of "failed policies" (713). This is clearly incorrect; most policies are ignored for particular deployments and report no violations.

      CONDITIONS
What conditions need to exist for a user to be affected? Is it everyone? Is it only those with a specific integration? Is it specific to someone with particular database content? etc.

      ROOT CAUSE
The issue is likely related to how deployment ID is not passed to the GraphQL failedPolicies query, see attached picture. The code shows the intent of putting the deployment id into the query but apparently for some reason fails to do so. Maybe related to the router refactor?

      FIX
How was the bug fixed (this is more important if a workaround was implemented rather than an actual fix)?
