Overview:

Compatibility tests are failing currently due to a problem which surfaced in the context of CRS: during the test run multiple secured clusters are registered (in sequence) with the same name. With init bundles this worked, with CRS it fails (as expected).

We need to parameterize this name so that it becomes unique for each secured cluster.

Acceptance Criteria:

* Secured cluster name is unique for each secured cluster connected to central.
* Compatibility tests pass again.
