      1. Set the IngressController class
      2. Set the Central Ingress to the same class
      3. Confirm the Central Route Canonical Hostname is the public IC
      4. Update the cluster_dns in FM's saas.yaml so the Route passes validation when registered in the FM: https://github.com/stackrox/acs-fleet-manager/blob/db7e4e0ba2d48867c4d4bef5eed0615a055f2ef6/internal/dinosaur/pkg/services/data_plane_dinosaur.go#L299-L309 otherwise it will silently fail validation
