      There was a suggestion by ykovalev@redhat.com  to split the acscs-manifests repository / make parts/whole public.

       

      Argument 1:

      We want to declare the External Secrets Operator (ESO) in acscs-manifests, but we can't because the Github token used for reading from the private repo is loaded with ESO. 

      Argument 2:

      acscs-manifests is required for running acs-fleet-manager locally and on CI environment. By having the manifests private we have to load the GH key from AWS/OSCI Vault.
