USER PROBLEM
While creating a new vulnerability report and configuring delivery destination in next step, if by mistake or intentionally we click on `Add delivery destination` and than remove/delete the delivery destination because we don't want the report to be delivered anywhere, the Next button becomes inactive in grey colour.

If we don't click on the `Add delivery destination` in second step it works well.

CONDITIONS
Only when we click on `Add delivery destination`.

Vulnerability Management --> Vulnerability Management --> Create Report --> Step 2
