We want to prepare the users for the increased number of CVEs shown for the nodes in the UI. The reasons for the increased number of vulns will be described in a document online and we want to link to it from the nodes vulnerabilities page.

Ideally, this banner will be shown only if secured clusters are fulfilling all of the following:

• On RHCOS
• Use node scanning
• Have at least one secured cluster in version 4.7 or higher
