      quay.expires-after label must not be present on images staged for release, neither in FBC nor in application release pipeline.

      Therefore, set the image-expires-after parameter to empty (ie disable expiration) in all pipelines.

      ROX-27836 will take care of introducing a garbage collection mechanism.
