      Similar to how node component lists are processed within Central, the same needs to be done for virtual machine components. When a VirtualMachine event is received from Sensor, Central needs to construct a IndexReport and post it to Scanner v4 Matcher. The response will then need to be persisted in the virtual machine datastore.
