Disclaimer: this topic requires deeper investigation. For me (Boaz) it is a new area of responsibility that I will need to catch up on.

The trigger for this issue is the linked RFE, which requests to support a Slack-like API (for RocketChat). Based on the RFE description, achieving this request may be a relatively easy task if we copy/paste the Slack integration.

However this opens the opportunity to better understand similar requirements and identify potential gaps in our notifier integration capabilities.  

Goal Summary:

1. As MVP add support for RocketChat notifier per the RFE.
2. Use this activity to collect input from Engineering and the field on notifier gaps for a future improvement

Goals and expected user outcomes:

The observable functionality that the user now has as a result of receiving
this feature. Include the anticipated primary user type/persona
