The dynpartner example, copied from Apache ODE project, is using internal peer to peer connections between the main and responder procsses, so does not make use of the partner link's endpoint reference.

When the peer to peer was disabled (using usePeer2Peer="false" on the invoke element in the deployment descriptor), it showed up an issue with the first endpoint reference being assigned to the responder process's partner link.
