When SBR config is created it will create (in runtime) an agent Daemon Set.

The agent image in that daemonset is calculated in runtime based on the sbr controller image.
This isn't working properly in downstream.

The current workaround is defining the agent image in the config which is currently supported.
We need to decide whether:
1. we want to fix the runtime calculation of the agent image and remove it from the config spec
2. remove the calculation and apply some additional validations on the config spec

3. something else
