    • The SNR remediation taint effect has changed from "NoExecute" to "NoSchedule" to only prevent new workloads, without evicting any workloads, prior to rebooting the node.

Following the RHWA-311 idea to modify the FAR Remediation taint effect to NoSchedule, we should do the same and avoid using the NoExecute effect for the first remediation taint - https://github.com/medik8s/self-node-remediation/blob/main/controllers/selfnoderemediation_controller.go#L74-L78. Moving from medik8s.io/remediation:NoExecute:self-node-remediation to medik8s.io/self-node-remediation:NoSchedule
