As Node Health Check integrate with SNR, it is affected by changes made in SNR which may break NHC pipeline due it's failing the CI e2e tests.

In order to prevent this from happening and insure that NHC - SNR integration isn't broken by SNR changes, we'd like to add to SNR pipeline a CI e2e test which checks that.
