SBR is missing some annotations in the operator's CSV that were introduced in https://gitlab.cee.redhat.com/dragonfly/storage-base-remediation/-/merge_requests/1 after trying to mimic the bundle-hack/update_bundle.sh file which modifies the upstream CSV to the downstream CSV.
