Taking down sbd agents (deleting config) reboots the nodes

      I've noticed that uninstalling SBD would change `bootID` of all the nodes SBD agent was installed on.
      This is likely an indication that uninstalling SBD is causing node reboot (most likely due to improper watch dog shutdown).
