      Supporting RHWA must-gather with OLM v1

       

      Previously, our must-gather relied on OLM v0 API and subscription object to get operators installed namespace https://github.com/medik8s/must-gather/blob/main/collection-scripts/gather#L25, but the subscription object is deprecated from OLM v1, and we should use ClusterExtension for that purpose.
