Description of problem:
Fence Agents Remediation is the recommended option for remediating failures when fast VM recovery is desired. However, OpenShift Virtualization documentation doesn't include instructions on how to configure the supported fence agents[1] and the user must know what he's looking for before he can find something that will help with the configuration. 1. Knowing that fence agents is part of RHEL HA documented in RHEL, the user can find the documentation about fencing[2]. 2. From the RHEL HA fencing documentation, he can find a KCS about cluster support policies[3]. 3. In the cluster policies KCS, he can find a link to another KCS about fencing types and fencing agents[4]. 4. Finally, in this last KCS, he can find links to specific fence agents configuration, which will direct him to RHEL 6 or OSP 16.0 documentation, among other KCS articles. This makes it very difficult to find proper documentation or even to be sure the documentation is still valid. In order to improve user experience, the documentation on how to configure each of the supported fence agents should be at one place, linked from OpenShift Virtualization or Workload Availability for OpenShift documentation.
