      Deploy OCP and manually test the basic use case SBD.

      This will include the following:

      1. Deploy OCP
      2. Deploy Ceph storage (ODF)
      3. Install SBD operator
      4. Create PV
      5. Configure SBD operator
      6. Run basic functionality tests
