      in OCP 4.20, with NHC 0.9.0 operator installed, but no CRs of NHC are present in the cluster, the windows that shows the existing NHC instances is not providing a message that is there are no instances, maintaining in screen the spinning icon endlessly 

      Reproduced in both Firefox and Chrome.

      Tested also with NHC 0.8.2, and it behaves the same. It happens also under the screen Ecosystem -> Installed Operators -> Node Health Check Operator -> (tab) Node Health Check
