User wants to terminate pods that do not want to die by force delete https://github.com/medik8s/node-maintenance-operator/issues/147. 
To delete with force we can run kubectl delete pod my-deployment-abc --force --grace-period=0
Open questions: * Do we want to allow NMO to have this capability, while it was developed to not do more than  kubectl drain

•  if forceful: true is set, then why would we need a timeout: 300s

• Does a normal drain not succeed due to other factors?
• Does the drain support force delete https://kubernetes.io/docs/reference/kubectl/generated/kubectl_drain/?
