NHC v0.9.1 introduced many issues that we fixed with workarounds 

1. Console fixes and updates upstream
2. Console base image of Yarn (higher than version 1) and use common trusted allowed repositories prefixes by registry_standard (and avoid including it with special ECPs)- will be included at RHWA-268 
3. Bundle creation in Gitlab that supports Hermetic build (use internet connection for downloading binaries while running make bundle-ocp) - I asked for help and is blocked by KFLUXSPRT-4733
4. Nudging is not working properly for the must-gather and console images - see also https://redhat-internal.slack.com/archives/C08UY3UTSNT/p1754298705031349
