      Steps to reproduce:

      1. Create NHC with 100 templates (CR attached)
      2. Login to web-console
      3. Go Compute/NodeHealthChecks/nhc-escalation/Action/Edit NodeHealthCheck
      4. Drag up last template

      Actual result:

      selected template stuck in drag action

      Expected result:

      template was moved successfully
