At this point, the onboarding of the operator in Konflux should be completed, and you need to verify that git subModule has configured properly and works well. 
Upstream release branch has configured in downstream repo, as part of 02- Update Downstream Repo.

1. Link to this task all Jira tickets of the release content.

2. Verify that git submodule commit is the accurate commit that include all release content.

3. Verify that the operator deployed on Rosa cluster and the accurate upstream commit appeared in manger pod logs.

Acceptance Criteria:

1. Builds succeed and pass Enterprise Integration Test by manual and automatic builds. On Failure read Passing Conforma - https://konflux.pages.redhat.com/docs/users/getting-started/passing-ec.html
2. Git subModule configured properly.
3. Git subModule commit include all fixes and features that are tarted for the release.
4. All Jira tickets of the content that was targeted to this release has linked to the task.
