keycloak-auth-utils returns incorrect error message with Node.js 4.4

      1. Run the auth-utils tests with Node.js 4.4
      2. 'GrantManager should be able to remove invalid tokens from a grant' fails

      Only affecting Node.js 4.4.2 (the version from RHEL Software Collections), not current LTS.
