Fuse quickstarts are already done ( RHSSO-248 ). But followup on the improvement provided by KEYCLOAK-4385 , which was added to both Keycloak master and 2.5.x branch, the quickstarts can be cleaned-up and simplified a bit.

Some common code for parse the adapter configuration is provided by RHSSO now and there is no need to have it in the quickstart applications themselves.
