The scrollbars are sometimes missing from the Authenticator Setup on the Login page leading to preventing the user from scrolling the page content (therefore some page areas are not visible).
The Authenticator Setup is slightly broken on the Account page as well.

There's also notification bleed over the Red Hat logo.

This is the same issue as RHSSO-322 but this time it's concerning only the rh-sso theme (keycloak theme is fixed).
