To make migration of configuration simpler we should provide a JBoss CLI script that deals with migration from 7.0 to 7.1. It would do the following:

• Run command to migrate keycloak-server.json
• Apply new default configuration such as caches missing from 7.0. Potentially also remove things that are no longer used.

To figure out step 2 compare the standalone.xml from 7.0 and 7.1 to see the difference.
