Adaptive / Step up Authentication

User logs in via username and password and is able to access resource X. When trying to access resource Y he is requested to perform additional authentication using OTP. Then he can also access resources Z. Although to access resource K he needs to authenticate via smartcard.

Way to perform additional authentication based on a context and previously performed authentication attempts via specific methods.
