SSO_FRONTEND_URL is missing from list of environment variables

In the OpenShift guides (OpenJDK and OpenJDK) the SSO_FRONTEND_URL variable is not included in the list of environment variables in section 6.2.

Note: SSO_HOSTNAME provides a link to section "4.2. Customizing the Hostname for the Red Hat Single Sign-On Server" which references this variable. It's just not included in the full list of environment variables.
