Add ability to configure a redirection after changing password or password reset

So far, we have not found how we can configure a url redirection after changing the password or after a password reset.

We have seen that the redirect url is part of the session, so we cannot build a redirection that uses it.

My customer is asking to add this feature so it can be a configurable parameter that can be passed or used on a theme to add a redirection if needed.
