Operator documentation in wrong document

The RHSSO Operator documentation is in chapter 11 of the "Server Installation and Configuration Guide".

This should be in the OpenShift Guide collection of docs instead, either in the "Red Hat Single Sign-On for OpenShift" doc or as a separate document in that section.
