RH-SSO 7.6.x uses Infinispan 11 which is not compatible with hot-rod model test configuration. Also test-containers (which are used in upstream) are not backported into 7.6.x.
Therefore we should remove the hot-rod profile from model tests to prevent errors in testsuite. The profile is not required for RH-SSO 7.6.x as map-storage is not in this release stream.
