Issue:
Upgrade towards OCP/RH-SSO 7.6 not possible from OCP/RH-SSO images 7.2/ 7.3 /7.4 as those images are unavailable from Red Hat catalog images.

OCP/RH-SSO images are no longer longer for OCP/RH-SSO 7.2/7.3/ 7.4 from the image container catalog.

It is not possible to download them from catalog registry.

Impact:

-Impossible to get the images for OCP/RH-SSO 7.2/ 7.3 /7.4

-Impossible to perform OCP/RH-SSO image staging upgrade towards OCP/7.6, if the infra is based upon OCP/RH-SSO 7.2/ 7.3 /7.4.

Available catalog Image for RH-SSO

The Red Hat catalog image contains only RH-SSO images with tags between 7.5-4 7.6.-7.
