The wording in the README.txt in themes is choppy.

It currently reads:
"Themes to configure the look and feel of login pages and account management console. It's not recommended to modify existing the built-in themes, ..."

Suggested wording:
"Themes are used to configure the look and feel of login pages and the account management console. It is not recommended to modify the existing built-in themes, ..."

Changes:
1. The first sentence is slightly reworded.
2. The second sentence that "to modify existing the" is changed to "to modify the existing".
