OCP templates point to the wrong repository in their descriptions

The most recent OCP guide pointed users to a non-updated repository in order to update their OpenShift templates. The issue was adressed in CIAM-2517[1].

I noticed though that each templates is affected by the similar thing and their descriptions need to be updated[2].
