As an Application Developer, I want to register my native/hybrid web
application with the IAM Server so that the app can access a Resource
Server (protected APIs) as authorized by the end-user of the application. I want to integrate my application with the IAM Server using convenient tooling, ideally without having to write code.

Notes: Native/hyrbid apps: The Resource Server is a REST API.
