Verify that the throughput increases linearly and consistently with increasing number of nodes: 1 -> 2 -> 4 -> 6 nodes.

Set KC Server as a SAML IdP (not OIDC), so that we can show the results to other Red Hat products (BUs) as needed, as most will use SAML.
