A Keycloak Client defined as public has no Credentials Tab in the Admin Console, thus there is no option to create the Registration Access Token (RAT).

There should be a way to set this token as it's possible for confidential and bearer-only clients.

      1) Customer behind this request :

Account name : NÜRNBERGER Allgemeine Versicherungs-AG
      Account number : 1212976
      Strategic : Yes
      TAM customer: no
      SRM customer: no

      2) Why does the customer need this? (List the business requirements here)

Using Rest API calls is a very technical workaround for some security administrators who mostly work with the web UI and are not that technically experienced to call the API.

      3) How would the customer like to achieve this? (List the functional requirements here)

Credentials tab should be available for public clients also just as it is available for other clients.

      4) Is there already an existing RFE upstream or in Red Hat Bugzilla?

      Just created one :
      https://issues.jboss.org/browse/KEYCLOAK-8110

      5) Does the customer have any specific timeline dependencies and which release would they like to target (i.e. RHEL5, RHEL6)?

      As soon as possible.

      6) For each functional requirement listed, specify how Red Hat and the customer can test to confirm the requirement is successfully implemented.

Customer is happy to test it.
