code_to_token and several redirects when opening multiple clients in tabs at the same time

      Stand up RHSSO 7.2.
      Create several clients.
      Click on a single client in current browser or in new tab.

      • Wait.
      • Note that it loads fine when this serial approach is used.

      Click several clients all at about the exact same time and tell them to open in different tabs.

      • Wait
      • Note that some of the tabs never load. Redirects happening. Page not found errors. code_to_token errors in server.log. Errors can't be written to EVENT_ENTITY tables. Length problems?

      When opening multiple "clients" in separate tabs at about the same time while logged into the administration GUI the tabs will lag, do redirects and server.log will complain with code_to_token errors and sometimes end up at "page not found" error pages.
