Certify integration with mod_auth_mellon as SAML SP, Keycloack/IAM Server as SAML IdP for all of the SAML user stories under functional requirements of the PRD.

This will enable customers to offer SSO to Python, PHP, Ruby applications by fronting these apps with an Apache web server running mod_auth_mellon.

Certify integration with the versions of mod_auth_mellon that ship with latest RHEL 6 and 7 versions.
