When trying to apply patch on windows (win2012 or win2008) following error is shown:
java.nio.file.InvalidPathException: Illegal char <"> at index 110: C:\Windows\TEMP\jboss-as-patch-1\jboss-rh-sso-7.1.2.CP\misc\docs\licenses-rh-sso\Ace Code Editor,BSD 3-clause "New" or "Revised" License.txt

The problem is caused by licenses with quote in the name.
