XLSX decision table upload shows an error

      1. Login to workbench
      2. Go to Design -> Projects
      3. Add sample Mortgages project
      4. Click Add Asset
      5. Select: Decision Table (Spreadsheet)
      6. In the dialog fill name, select xlsx format, and specify path to attached dec-table-doc.xlsx
      7. Confirm dialog
      8. The attached error will appear

    Description

      If the user uploads a XLSX decision table, the attached error will appear, however the table is successfully uploaded into the workbench. So marking the issue as minor priority.
