When I enter any of the User/Group/Role management perspectives, I get an error (see screenshot)

At the same time there is a warning in server.log

07:16:32,042 WARN [org.uberfire.ext.security.management.BackendUserSystemManager] (default task-60) No user management services implementation specified neither at runtime or in the properties descriptor for security management.
07:16:32,042 WARN [org.uberfire.ext.security.management.BackendUserSystemManager] (default task-60) No user management services available.

This is working correctly in kie-wb community build, but is broken in the product DR1 build.

@dgutierr could you please check what might be wrong in the product build? Also if it can happen (e.g. due to misconfiguration), that no BackendUserSystemManager is not available, this problem should be propagated to UI as user friendly error message (like "No XYZ is available - contact your administator") instead of javascript "TypeError: null"
