Create a new space.

Create a new user.

Create a new group.

Enable reading for ONLY ONE space for the user in group permission settings.

Enable to see the Project perspective for the user in group permission settings.

Log in as created user.

Click spaces.

Empty list of spaces is visible. There should be the new space.

User cannot see space allowed by permission settings in space list. See the steps to reproduce. This is a regression since ER4, where it worked fine.
