Installer always configures "admin" and "rest-all" role

      1. Navigate to user credentials page
      2. Deselect "admin" and "rest-all" role
      3. Move to next page
      4. You will see "Role admin:true" AND "Role rest-all:true" in the summary
      5. Finish the installation
      6. Navigate to EAP folder and check application-roles.properties - it contains "admin, rest-all" roles

      It seems that "admin" role is always configured even when we do not select it.
      Same goes for "rest-all" role.
